Just happen to find this baker on FB. Took a blind bet on em and ordered rum plum cake. Early morning delivery next day by the owner - Leo! Came in a beautiful tin box neatly packed. the plum cake was rich with rum but at the same time there was too much of dough and very litlle on the nuts and plum side. instead of decorating a few cashews on the top as show pieces you may as well grate some almonds and walnuts in the inside of the cake
